Our client is an organisation who focus on providing external IT Support! This client is looking for a PA or a Team Assistant to join this growing organisation!
The Role
Reporting to the GM and Director, the duties include:
Actively managing general administrative tasks
Assisting the General Manager and Director with ad-hoc jobs as required.
Support Director in creating sales presentations.
Liaising with all key clients and answer customer enquiries, providing effective and professional customer service.
Assisting marketing and business development activities including website content management, social media posting, graphic design, or word processing.
Ensure processing client invoices is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Playing a proactive role in identifying and implementing areas for improvement and optimising key processes
Formatting documents and proposals
Liaising with stakeholders
General accounts duties - invoicing etc
Operations duties
To Be Successful
Demonstrated experience providing executive assistance to senior organisational representatives.
Strong communications skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of employees and stakeholders.
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to meet operational requirements in a adaptable and changing environment and is self-motivated.
Strong work ethic, commitment to continuous improvement, openness to new ideas and creative approaches to problem solving.
Strong computer competency including demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, finance and operational systems.
High Level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Ability to exercise independent judgement and constructively solve problems to make effective decisions based on knowledge of policy and procedures.
