Job Opportunity: Administrative Support

The position of Admin Officer requires a professional with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high level reception and secretarial services
* Manage calendars and coordinate responses to inquiries
* Format documentation and handle correspondence
* Coordinate agendas and distribute reports
* Enter data and organize meetings

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Administration Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior executives
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and procedures
* Local government knowledge of ECM, Exponare and Pathway systems is highly desirable
