Someone who can lead the way in our Functional Fitness Classes in our Prospect and Lightsview locations.
Your efforts and commitment to world class experiences would directly relate to the growth of membership sales whilst maintaining a robust community feel.Position OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Group Fitness Instructor to run 10-20 classes per week.

This role requires someone who can inspire, engage, and help members get the most out of their fitness journey, all while fostering a supportive and upbeat community atmosphere in our clubs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, ensuring members receive a fantastic experience every timeMonitor and correct technique, ensuring safe and effective delivery of each classCreate and maintain a motivating environment in the gym and build positive relationships with membersAssist with community events and fitness challengesProvide support and guidance to the Fitness Factory membersSupport our marketing initiatives, including promoting events and engaging on social mediaMaintain a clean and organised gym environmentWhat We're Looking ForCertificate IV in Fitness or higherCurrent First Aid certificationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage othersA team player with a positive attitude and a passion for health and fitnessStrong organisational skills and the ability to work independentlyMust be available Saturday morningsBenefits and perksBrand new state of the art facility on Prospect RoadCompetitive hourly rate for Group TrainersPositive, friendly team environmentOpportunity to collaborate and have significant impact in a growing health and fitness company.About the CompanyWe are an independently owned & operated Health Clubs located in Prospect, Lightsview and Mount Barker.
