IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide on-site support for our clients across various technologies including desktops, servers, networks, and data centre technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Firewall replacement and maintenance
* Desktop/network issue handling and resolution
* Operating System installation, upgrading, and patch management
* Software and hardware break-fix services
* Network engineering with CCNA or above certification
* Basic knowledge of WiFi and network configurations (LAN, WAN, Switch, and Router)
* MS Office administration and support
* Business English with local language proficiency
Requirements:
* A fully charged laptop with Windows 8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
* Cisco Console cable (DB9 RJ45 or USB RJ45) with drivers installed
* Laptop software: Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card
This is an on-call basis for dispatch/adhoc projects with varying client scopes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients.
