**About the Role**
As our Advice Training & Development Manager, you will have the potential to make a significant impact on the success of our Advice teams. Your role will be to ensure that our general and personal advice teams possess the expertise, skills, and resources necessary to provide exceptional service within a regulated environment. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the advice team and Cbus, you will identify training needs and spearhead a dynamic program of continuous learning and development for our member-facing teams nationwide.
**About You**
- You bring a proven track record in Learning & Development, demonstrating substantial achievements in similar roles.
- You have knowledge of financial advice regulatory frameworks, and an excellent understanding of superannuation and call centre environments.
- You excel in identifying knowledge gaps and developing targeted training programs across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) underscores your ability to implement effective training strategies.
- Experience in writing training and development material for contact centres will be highly valued.
