About the role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman - to join our team at Rise Constructions Qld Pty Ltd. This full-time role is based in Brisbane and will involve taking on various carpentry responsibilities to support the company's construction projects.
Requirements
* Running earthworks machinery for all scope of excavation works. Retaining walls – slab preparation – bulk excavation – site preparation
* Read and interpret architectural and engineering plans and schedules
* Collaborate with various contractors and suppliers to ensure the project runs accordingly
* Highly experienced in undertaking all carpentry scope of works for Residential construction.
* Experience in working with suspended concrete slabs and vertical concrete walls is a great benefit to the applicant.
* Ability to manage apprentices and tradesman to achieve an efficient and productive construction site
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges on site
* Excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure
* Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean and organised work area
* A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
* Experienced in running High-end Architectural projects. Detail is critical in our builds and highly necessary for high end finishes
