Our client, a prominent and privately owned property development and construction group, is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee the client-side delivery of luxury, lifestyle-focused residential, commercial, and mixed‐use projects.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding multiple projects from early concept through to completion, with a strong emphasis on head contract administration, technical oversight, and construction methodology.
Working closely with the Development Management team, you'll provide expert technical input to ensure alignment between design intent and buildability outcomes.
You'll also hold P&L accountability for the project management function and have the autonomy to shape, recruit, and develop your team to meet project requirements.
This position is well suited to someone who has successfully led external builders and is ready to progress into a broader leadership capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of Class 2 residential and mixed‐use commercial projects
* Manage head contract administration, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations
* Provide specialist advice on buildability, construction methodology, and project risk
* Partner with the Development Management team to resolve construction‐related challenges
* Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and commercial performance
* Recruit, mentor, and develop the project management team
* Drive quality, program, safety, and commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
About You
* 5+ years' experience in project management within a developer‐builder or client‐side environment
* Demonstrated capability managing external builders and head contractors
* Strong technical construction knowledge and commercial acumen
* Confident leading teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
