About the Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.
You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
What You’ll Need:
Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)A love for fashion, wellness, and premium productConfident communication and people leadership skillsA proven track record of driving KPIs and store performanceStrong organisation, time management & operational know-howA calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environmentReady to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
