The Role
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Group through its next stage of growth. Reporting directly to our Director, this role requires a strategic, results‑driven operator who can make an immediate impact by driving revenue, enhancing customer engagement and elevating our flagship venue's reputation in Melbourne's competitive hospitality scene.
Key Responsibilities
* Revenue Growth – Deliver targeted weekly revenue increases through innovative strategies and operational improvements.
* Customer Development – Build strong word‑of‑mouth networks and drive new and repeat visitation.
* Team Leadership & Development – Foster a high‑performing team culture with structured training and staff development.
* Operational Excellence – Ensure smooth, efficient and profitable day‑to‑day operations while maintaining brand standards.

About You
We're looking for a dynamic leader who is ready to make an immediate impact: Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operator in high‑volume, premium venues. Hands‑on leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Commercially astute, with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
