Fixed Plant Electrical Supervisor Job Description:
Job Summary
This role plays a hands-on part in maintaining and improving fixed plant and site infrastructure. This includes preventative maintenance, supporting breakdowns and shutdowns, all while being part of a team that values your ideas and initiative.
Main Responsibilities
* Championing safety and driving a culture of continuous improvement
* Using electrical know-how to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across the site
* Collaborating with diverse teams and contractors to get the job done safely and efficiently
* Contributing to smart planning processes and ensuring accurate documentation
* Keeping a sharp eye on asset integrity and compliance with safety standards
* Supporting innovation and reliability in maintenance practices
About You
You will be an experienced and proactive Fixed Plant Electrician with a strong focus on safety. This role offers an opportunity to grow and thrive in a supportive environment.
* A current A Grade Electrical License (Australian-recognised)
* A team player who thrives on working with others and achieving shared goals
* Computer literacy with planning systems such as 1SAP and Fiori (or a willingness to learn)
* Confidence in working at heights or confined spaces (tickets are a bonus)
* A commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
* Eagerness to learn, grow, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to work every day
