About the Opportunity
GovRecruit is seeking experienced Training Service Managers or Organisational Change Managers to support major ICT and digital transformation programs within a Federal Government environment.
These roles will drive successful technology adoption by delivering impactful training, leading organisational change initiatives, and embedding sustainable ways of working across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
* Design & deliver technology training (virtual & in-person)
* Develop user guides, presentations & e-learning modules
* Conduct training needs analysis
* Provide hands-on user support
Change Management
* Lead organisational change initiatives
* Integrate change activities into project delivery
* Conduct impact assessments & readiness analysis
* Develop change strategies & adoption plans
Essential Experience
* 5+ years in Change Management and/or Training Delivery
* Experience in complex ICT environments
* Knowledge of methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR or similar)
* Strong stakeholder engagement & influencing skills
* Excellent communication & facilitation capability
* Ability to develop change messaging & training content
* Risk identification & mitigation planning
* Coaching leaders and teams through change
Security Requirement
Must hold or be eligible to obtain Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) or TSPA clearance.
