They gather customer feedback, monitor usage metrics, and help prioritize documentation efforts that support product launches, feature releases, and ongoing customer engagement driving product adoption empowering users through accessible effective information.
* Collaborate with product managers, marketing, engineers to produce maintain world-class documentation including release notes, online help, training guides, API developer guides, in-platform documentation tooltips, welcome onboarding instructions etc.
* Build maintain client aids beyond traditional documentation e.g videos work closely with Knowledge Management Specialists manage maintain content standards guidelines assist other teams contributing product documentation.
* Contribute product documentation strategy in conjunction with Knowledge Management Specialists.
* Gather customer feedback to improve documentation usability.
