As the Safety and Wellbeing Advisor you will work closely with the Head of Safety and Wellbeing, Safety and Wellbeing Partner, leaders and employees to improve safety & wellbeing at the VBA. In this role you will discover exciting opportunities to development, implement and establish employee wellbeing programs, as well as promote a culture of wellbeing across the VBA.
Who we are looking for
1. A working knowledge of OH&S frameworks, regulatory practices and processes to achieve compliance
2. Manages all activities associated with return to work and workers compensation
3. Provides advice, coaching, and support to employees to ensure compliance with current OHS legislation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders
