AHS Group is a well-established family-owned business distributing Kubota and Case Earthmoving Equipment through a dealer network throughout NSW and supplying excavator buckets and attachments Australia wide.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Parts Interpreter to join our Kubota 5-star dealership located at Queanbeyan.
Day to day duties include
* Providing excellent customer service to our customers
* Process parts sales over the phone and at our parts counter which includes invoicing, picking, packing and distribution
* Spare parts interpretation
* Process internal sales to our service & sales departments
* Conduct annual and rolling stock takes
* General warehousing duties
* Scheduling in of Service Jobs and liaising with customer about progress
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate
* Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter preferred but not essential
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Forklift licence (advantage)
Shift - Hours of work
* Full-time position
* Monday to Friday – 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
