What We’re Looking For
You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice – so we’re after someone who is confident, caring, and organised. Ideally, you’ll have:
* 2+ years of experience in office administration or reception
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to delivering outstanding patient service
* A professional and polished presentation
* Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Great time management and the ability to multitask
* A willingness to learn and grow in the role
Optical experience is highly regarded – but not essential. We’ll provide full training in optical dispensing for the right candidate.
Your Day-to-Day
You’ll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and providing a great experience for every patient. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing front desk and general reception duties
* Booking and assisting with patient appointments
* Supporting the team with daily operations
* Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all
