**Your new role**
As the Senior Manager of People and Culture you'll report directly to the CEO and be supported by in house finance and legal teams. You'll be responsible for the organisations full HR spectrum and joining at the optimum time to contribute to a significant operational and organisational change project along upcoming EBA's, this role presents a great opportunity for someone wanting make a real difference at a corporate and people level.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you'll have previous experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
- Qualifications in Human Resources and demonstrated relevant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Industrial Relations Law
- Previous experience or exposure to EBA processes and the ability to obtain the necessary knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in operational and organisational change and have a hands on approach to work
- Excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Community minded with a customer centric approach
