The Role:
* Managing and taking the reigns of all marketing campaigns
* Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material;
* Database management, data entry integrity, as well as contact, calendar management;
* Booking photography
* Updating brochures & sign boards
* Ordering and sending out invoices with marketing schedules
* Congratulating vendors & buyers
* Processing management agreements
* Lead campaigns
* Updating the CRM
* Completing data entry;
* Report preparation;
* Market research & comparable
* Upholding professional standards
* Maintaining a presentable office environment
* General office administrative duties as required; and
* Providing professional communication to clients and a positive end-to-end experience.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous;
* High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
* The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
* A focused, proactive and motivated personality;
* A strong work ethic and positive outlook;
* High level problem solving and time management skills;
* A tech savvy mindset and be comfortable with new technologies;
* Strong computer skill set;
* The ability to demonstrate exceptional follow up;
* Punctual; and
