Henkel Beauty Care Professional is seeking a passionate Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and import/export shipments to ensure smooth, end-to-end logistics operations. Acting as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in driving efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the supply chain.
What you'll do
* Manage all domestic, import, and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate logistics execution.
* Act as the main liaison with stakeholders, forwarders, and carriers, and coordinate with warehouses on delivery status.
* Collaborate with Customer Excellence and Sales teams to maintain high service standards and resolve operational issues.
* Oversee 3PL providers and satellite warehouses, including annual stocktakes across ANZ.
* Drive process improvements and sustainability initiatives focused on cost and operational efficiency.
* Maintain accurate documentation and organise SharePoint folders. Daily IDocs processing, overseeing cycle counts, posting inventory variances, and coordinate stock management in collaboration with planners.
* Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) policies.
What makes you a good fit
* Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics management with ANZ operational exposure.
* Strong knowledge of international trade, including import/export compliance and documentation.
* Proficient in SAP (logistics modules) and Microsoft Office Suite; capable of basic data analysis and metric interpretation.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
* Collaborative, proactive team player with strong independence, accountability, and a positive mindset.
