Development Representative (BDR)
, you'll play a key role in connecting organisations and individuals with solutions that improve mental wellbeing. This role involves a mix of
outbound prospecting
,
inbound lead engagement
, and an
individual sales target
. It's perfect for someone passionate about mental health and eager to build a career in sales.
We're Looking for a BDR Who Can Do:
* Outbound Prospecting:
Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Reignite interest from dormant customers and drive re-engagement
* Inbound Lead Management:
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them through the next steps.
* Lead Qualification:
Understand client needs and assess fit for our mental health and wellness programs.
* Sales Contribution:
Manage a portfolio of opportunities and close deals to meet a modest individual target.
* Appointment Setting:
Book qualified meetings for Leaders and ensure smooth handover.
* CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and account teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
* Communicate
: Articulate our value clearly and consultatively
* Upsell
: Spot opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand current accounts
You Will Have:
* Passion for mental health and wellness
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised
* Previous sales experience - 1-2 years in a similar role
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred)
