Job Description
This role requires a seasoned sales professional to represent market leading medical device products in high demand. The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions to Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals.
About the Role
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff, promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer's pain points.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff
* Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
* Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
* Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
Requirements
A successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or Surgical/Theatre sales would be highly regarded. Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach are essential.
