Spa Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a range of spa treatments.
Your primary focus will be on providing high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver expertly performed spa treatments to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the experience
* Maintain therapy rooms in pristine condition, adhering to company procedures and protocols
* Support the smooth operation of the spa by assisting with various tasks as needed
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests on spa services and retail products
* Collaborate with lead therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery
* Pursue ongoing training and education to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments
About You:
* You hold a relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage, or Certificate 4 in Massage
* You are available to work Fridays and Saturdays
* You possess exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a high level of professionalism and confidence in delivering relaxation massage
* Previous experience in a Day Spa or Resort Spa is highly desirable
