Senior Business Analyst I 6 months contract I Credit Card projects
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing, close‑knit team supporting BAU change across a Credit Card portfolio. About the Team & Role
You'll be part of a well‑established team of 8 Business Analysts supporting Products and Marketing within the Credit Cards business. The work spans a steady pipeline of small to medium initiatives, ranging from:
Pricing and interest rate changes
Enhancements to the existing credit card book
New card features, rewards and benefits
Partner, vendor and integration initiatives
The team operates in a structured waterfall environment, supported by Confluence, and has built a strong reputation for quality delivery and great culture. You'll be trusted to work autonomously while collaborating closely with Product, Technology and wider business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with Product, Marketing and Technology teams to deliver BAU change initiatives end‑to‑end
Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements using established standards
Facilitating workshops to gather requirements, validate processes and align stakeholders
Maintaining requirements, business rules and process artefacts in Confluence
Translating business needs into clear documentation that supports development, testing and implementation
Acting as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose
What We're Looking For
Solid experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment (financial services or fintech highly regarded)
Credit Cards, consumer lending or payments domain experience is a MUST
Experience delivering BAU change across product‑led initiatives
Strong background working in waterfall delivery environments
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
Strong documentation skills, with experience using Confluence (JIRA exposure advantageous)
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced setting
