 
        
        Our organization requires an exceptional Administrative Support professional to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this role will focus on delivering seamless day-to-day administrative support across various departments.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the operations team with office maintenance, reception duties, and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
 * Providing backup support to the Receptionist for all reception duties
 * Delivering day-to-day admin support to broking and operations teams
 * Liaising and organizing insurer calendars
 * Overseeing office operations, supplies, and equipment
 * Organizing logistics for team meetings and gatherings
 * Ensuring Health & Safety standards are upheld across the office as Fire Warden
Requirements:
To excel in this position, you will need:
 * Previous experience in an office support or coordinator role
 * Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
 * Confident communication and interpersonal skills
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 * A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused attitude
