Electrician – Ventia
Ventia's Western Power contract is growing—and so is our team. We're currently seeking experienced Electricians to deliver essential services across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with network upgrade projects, including reconductoring and transformer replacements.
* Contribute to network resilience efforts, particularly in regional areas.
* Support overhead and underground distribution works across various sites.
* Deliver customer connection projects, including pole replacements, underground cable jointing and connections, transformer and switchgear installations, and meter setups.
* Participate in streetlight installation and upgrade projects.
* Collaborate with Cable Jointers and Lineworkers to ensure efficient and high‑quality service delivery.
* Maintain safety, quality, and compliance across all field operations.

What We're Looking For
* WA Electrical Licence or a recognised equivalent.
* Proven experience in civil electrical work, particularly near powerlines, including maintenance and upgrade monitors.
* Hands‑on experience in underground cable laying, jointing, and testing.
* Current driver's licence: MR class highly desirable.
* Elevated Work Platform and High‑Risk Work Licences – DG, LF, CV or higher.
