Key Responsibilities
* Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site works
* Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met
* Support project cost control, planning, and scheduling
* Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain strong relationships
* Assist with procurement processes and documentation
* Monitor progress against the program and support reporting functions
* Maintain QA systems and minimise rework
About You
* Degree in Civil Engineering (essential)
* 3–5 years' experience as a Project Engineer on civil infrastructure (road, rail, or structures)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented
* Confident working within multidisciplinary site teams
