NUTS & BOLTS:
Working closely with a variety of new payroll clients, managing their end to end payroll process and taking ownership of their specific payroll needsValidate all weekly, fortnightly, monthly time sheets against the established protocolsCalculate and process Termination and Redundancy payments as required, by the due dateMaintain effective communication with all employees/contractors, using the most appropriate medium, to ensure they are kept fully informed of their status, e.g. regular payslips, superannuation, sick leave, long service leave etc.Ensure all Payroll-related reports are completed and submitted by the agreed dateEnsure all monthly and yearly reconciliations are completed and submitted by the agreed dateProducing end-of-year
