Job Title: IT Technical Support Consultant
We are seeking an experienced IT technical support consultant to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring their IT needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day IT support to all staff, including call logging, troubleshooting, and IT administration tasks.
* Support the IT environment, including servers, systems, networks, and other devices.
* Assist with various projects and upgrades to meet our goals.
* Manage asset databases and control software registers.
Requirements:
* All-round IT support specialist with at least three years' experience in hands-on, remote, and telephone support.
* Experience of user administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 365, and Outlook in a corporate environment.
* Hands-on experience of LAN, WAN, and VPN, troubleshooting and support.
* Proven track record of working in a support environment supporting multiple users across multiple locations.
* Ability to support a wide range of desktop applications.
* Deploying images/ software through Intune/SCCM.
* Experience of ITIL-based call management systems.
* Basic understanding of managing hardware and software assets and control software registers.
