Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality care to older Aboriginal clients in a culturally responsive manner.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead clinical practice and support staff development
* Contribute to continuous quality improvement within aged care programs
* Perform general nursing responsibilities to support holistic, person-centred care


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
* Demonstrated experience in aged care and/or community nursing, ideally in an Aboriginal health context
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and clinical decision-making skills
* Cultural awareness and understanding of the health issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
