Our client is a well-established, community-focused real estate agency based in Medowie, known for their supportive team culture and strong local presence. They are seeking a motivated Receptionist and an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join their growing team.
Sales Associate – The Role
Working closely with a Lead Agent & Sales Team, you'll support all aspects of the sales process while building your own real estate career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with appraisals, listings, and sales campaigns
* Manage buyer enquiries and follow-ups
* Attend open homes and inspections
* Prepare sales documentation and marketing materials
Receptionist – The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the sales and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk, phone, and email enquiries
* Provide general administrative support
* Maintain CRM and data entry
* Assist with listings, marketing, and office coordination
About You
* Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
* COR or Class 2 License highly desirable
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Confident with technology and CRM systems
* Motivated to grow a long-term career in real estate
* Coming from an Admin or PM background and wanting to get into sales? This role is for you!
