Job Summary:
ICT Support Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled ICT support professional to lead our service desk team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT service management methodologies, a strong understanding of networking and IT systems, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
This role requires a senior ICT support specialist who can develop and implement effective IT strategies, maintain technical expertise in areas such as networking, servers, and desktop systems, and provide leadership and guidance to the team.
