**About our opportunity**
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Production Scheduler & WHS Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Helensvale team on a permanent, full time basis. The majority of your time in this varied role will be spent production scheduling so you will use your excellent communication and organisation skills to liaise with our construction clients and sales reps to ensure their products are constructed and dispatched in the required timeframes. You'll also be responsible for the associated administration.
The second, smaller element (maximum 10 hours per week) of the role involves administering the WHS (Work Health Safety) system to ensure that the WHS requirements for the site continue to be met. This can involve liaising with our national WHS team and recording any near misses, arranging hearing tests and ensuring toolbox talks.
**About you**
Ideally you will have previous manufacturing scheduling experience and excellent communication skills. We are also looking for people who are self-motivated and have great and initiative, combined with experience with Outlook and Excel. Previous WHS experience is not essential as full training will be provided by your colleagues. Finally, if you like to enjoy regular team morning teas and lunches, that would be great too..!
