THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team on a major infrastructure project.

This is a hands‐on role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a team delivering high‐quality construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• General site labouring and manual handling
• Working around plant and equipment on civil construction works
• Assisting tradespeople
• General manual labour loading and unloading building materials
• Site preparation and clean‐up
• Operating basic hand and power tools
• Following all safety procedures and site instructions
• Traffic control ticket and experience advantageous.

Requirements

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts or weekends
• Team player who works well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass all pre‐employment requirements - medicals, police checks, security vetting.
• Health and Safety focused
