**The Position**
- Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
- Monday - Friday - No weekends!
- Taking calls and managing the switchboard
- Key management
- Assisting the staff with administrative duties such as documentation and data entry, both sales and property management teams
- Assist with the organisation of internal/external events
- Ordering stationery and upkeep of office supplies
- Ensure reception is impeccably clean
**Skills & Experience**
- **Previous reception/ administration experience is essential**:
- Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- A positive attitude is a MUST in this office
- Enjoy being part of a team, helping others when they are overloaded
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Intermediate computing skills
