Senior Psychologist Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team as a Senior Psychologist. As part of our organisation, you will work closely with schools and preschools to provide support for all children.
The role requires developing evidence-based psychological interventions that include proactive, targeted, and intensive strategies adapted for learning and home contexts. You will be responsible for providing line management, support, and supervision to psychologists.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing evidence-based psychological interventions.
* Collaborating with children, young people, and families with exceptional needs.
* Working with schools and preschools to meet the needs of all children.
* Recruiting, retaining, and developing psychologists with a focus on meeting professional standards.
To be successful in this role, you must possess current and full registration (general) with the Psychology Board of Australia and be a Psychology Board of Australia-approved supervisor. It is also desirable to have an area of practice endorsement in education and developmental psychology, clinical psychology, or counselling psychology.
Additional requirements include holding a Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to employment and completing the RRHAN-EC Facilitator Lead course or online Fundamentals course.
