Night Auditor – Upcoming Opportunity
The Cairns Queenslander Hotel and Apartments will soon have an opportunity available for an experienced Night Auditor to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours.
Reporting directly to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Completing nightly audits of daily hotel operations and performing general reception duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Delivering exceptional customer service during your shift, including guest check-in and check-out, handling telephone calls, managing reservation enquiries, and responding to guest requests
* Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with guests
* Ensuring clear and effective communication, including thorough handovers at the beginning and end of each shift
* Preparing reports accurately and efficiently
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role or environment and be comfortable working independently. You will take pride in your work, have excellent attention to detail, and be committed to achieving positive outcomes for both guests and the business.
Availability is required for 4 night shifts : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00pm – 7:00am
