About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support the development of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG) by undertaking a range of administrative and project‐related tasks.

The AusHFG are a significant body of freely available resources for health services and project teams across Australia and New Zealand to support better planning, design, procurement and management of health facilities. NSW Health Infrastructure administers the AusHFG as the lead agency for the Australasian Health Infrastructure Alliance (AHIA), a public sector collaboration between all public health authorities across Australia and New Zealand.

As a Project Support Officer, you will provide essential project and operational support, including secretariat support for an inter‐jurisdictional AHIA committee, coordination of AusHFG consultation processes, management of the team's reference library and assistance with the development and publication of high quality planning and design guidelines. In addition to your administrative duties, you will carry out basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs. If you are ready to make a significant impact and grow your career in project management, apply now to become our Project Support Officer.

This is a part time (3 days per week) fixed term role, up until 30 June 2027. There is opportunity to temporarily increase hours to full time through to 19 August 2026.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed.
