CDP - Full time - $73k S - High Volume Venue Key Responsibilities: Across all sections - specifically strong on the grill Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing waste Requirements: Strong grill experience Worked within a high volume environment before Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a high-volume environment Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality food MUST have a car! Head Chef - $95-$100k S Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume environment.
