They work one-on-one with recipients in their homes and communities, supporting them to live as independently as possible.
Key tasks include providing transport, helping with daily activities, and promoting social interaction.
About You
* You must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Computer literacy and accuracy in record management are also essential.
* Team environment experience is beneficial.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow policies and procedures at all times.
* Work with diverse communities and individuals.
Relevant qualifications and certifications may include P1 C class Queensland driver's licence, First Aid and CPR certificate, Positive Notice Working with Children blue card, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
