Role Description
This is a contract, on‐site Desktop Support Level 2 role based in Brisbane, QLD. You'll be providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, addressing technical challenges, and offering solutions to ensure seamless operations. You will be expected to support a range of devices, including desktop computers and printers, while assisting end‐users and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues at the workplace.
Candidates with Network support experience and knowledge of CISCO, Fortinet/SIEM and Microsoft are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
* Proficient technical support skills for desktop computers, software and hardware troubleshooting.
* Experience in providing desk‐side support and resolving end‐user technical issues efficiently.
* Knowledge of printer support, including setup, configuration, and maintenance troubleshooting.
* Strong problem‐solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose/resolve system/device malfunctions.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with an ability to explain technical information clearly.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundations, or equivalent would be an advantage.
