Senior Asset Management Professional
We are seeking an experienced engineering specialist to lead a team in state-wide asset management planning and lifecycle replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement market-leading asset specific lifecycle strategies.
* Innovate and set-up new systems to improve maintenance strategies and influence stakeholders.
* Lead teams undertaking long-term asset planning and management strategies, scheduling routine maintenance, updating CMMS, and ensuring timely completion of urgent requests.
Requirements:
* 10+ years experience in managing delivery of asset management and lifecycle analysis within Engineering services.
* Strong engineering skills (M&E/HVAC) with ability to lead teams undertaking long-term asset planning and management strategies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with English proficiency.
