Key Responsibilities:
 * Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
 * Sustaining Carrier Relationships through training and reporting.
 * Coordinating with Stores, Customer Service Team, and Carriers to resolve customer service-related matters.
 * Providing Order Updates and Notifying Customers of Delays or Issues.
 * Liaising with Warehouse Teams to rectify inventory/shipment errors.
 * Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships by responding to customer requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
 * A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics.
 * Retail & E-Commerce background.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse software, and other logistics-related tools.
