Johnny Gio’s Pizza is one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in Australia. We’re all about authentic brick-oven artisan pizza, fast service, and delivering a top-notch customer experience every single time.
We’re looking for local, energetic, and positive FOH staff for our Turramurra store, who are eager to learn and grow with us.
Your Role
As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the first smiling face customers see and a key part of our service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling POS and payments
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Taking phone orders
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Managing time and quality control of orders
- Coordinating and dispatching orders to customers and delivery drivers
- Dealing with customers feedback and report to manager.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality/FOH is highly valued and preferred
- Local applicants preferred
- If on a visa, at least 12+ months remaining

Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
