We are currently searching for a highly energised and proactive Human Resource Manager to join the Godfrey Hirst team at our Head Office in Geelong South. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is critical in driving a cultural and organisational change agenda across Oceania.

**About Our Role**
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer for Mohawk Flooring Oceania, you will partner with the business leaders delivering key operational and strategic HR support with a particular focus on employee relations, learning & development, and performance management across the whole employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to champion HR initiatives such as EVP and Diversity & Inclusion.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant discipline, you will have a sound working knowledge in strategic and operational HR requirements, including employment legislation, recruitment, renumeration, safety, employee engagement, and development.
You will be friendly, approachable, and have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent stakeholder support, with effective communication (both verbal and written).
You'll be highly proficient in the Microsoft office suite and ideally have SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, and Meridian experience.
