THE CLIENT
Work for a multi award winning global company with excellent processes and systems. They are looking for a skilled Senior Payroll professional with leadership experience who can bring fresh ideas and lead from the front. You will have the opportunity to be involved in process optimisation projects and oversee the full ANZ payroll function.

THE ROLE
* Responsible for overseeing your team and payroll for 1500+ employees using ADP GlobalView
* Working with outsourced vendor ADP for NZ
* Mentoring and developing your team with ongoing training and support
* Reporting and analysis, including PAYG and Payday Super
* Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Working closely with the Head of Finance on process improvement projects
THE PERSON
* 5+ years' payroll management experience in a complex environment
* Experience with implementations or transformation highly regarded
* ADP GlobalView or SAP experience highly regarded
* Solid knowledge of ANZ payroll legislation and payroll accounting
* Strong Excel skills with strong analytical ability
* Confident communicator with a proven track record of driving process improvement
* Full working rights, as this is a permanent role
