This role is open to full time or part time hours for Level 1 RN's, Monday to Friday with on-call requirements out of hours and weekends.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse working within our Cath labs, you will be a part of a supportive team that operates across our three theatres, covering Cardiac, Vascular, and Electrophysiology procedures.
* Coordinate and provide safe, efficient and effective evidenced based nursing care.
* Supervise, direct, guide and mentor our nursing team members.
* Facilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous quality improvement.
* Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure beneficial outcomes for all patients.
* Coordinate and drive clinical audits.
* Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end of life needs.
* Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
* Prior nursing experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Surgical Cardiac experience and a desire to learn.
* Experience with angiography procedures.
* Ability to establish professional relations with internal and external stakeholders.
* An ability to communicate with influence to achieve results.
* Commitment to enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
* Ability to meet on-call requirements within short notice.
