As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your role involves working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing cash handling tasks, re-stocking shelves, and maintaining high-level communication with colleagues and customers.

To succeed in this role, you must:
* Have minimum 2 years of experience as a checkout operator in a supermarket or fruit & vege shop
* Be able to work nights and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
* Demonstrate high levels of communication skills, enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn
* Exhibit confidence and poise when dealing with customers, as well as physical stamina for manual labor
