About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service representative to join our close-knit team on a casual basis at Club Wyong located in Wyong, NSW.
As a Customer Service representative, you will be the face of our front line working across diverse areas including the bar, gaming and concierge.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience within hospitality or a customer service related field
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
* A willingness to build long-term relationships with our customers
* The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
* A valid NSW RSA and RCG
