Job Title: HR Administrator
As an integral member of our team, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide expert human resources and administrative support.
* Partner with the Human Resources Manager, General Manager, and Leadership team to offer guidance on industrial relations, employee engagement, learning and development, and workforce planning.
* Drive brand standards and values initiative by championing our Winning Ways: Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference, and Work better together.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership and responsibility for the administration and project management of people processes and IHG tools across the hotel.
2. Lead, mentor, and guide hotel leaders during the recruitment and on-boarding process for all new colleagues.
3. Provide MyRecruit support to Leaders by assisting with posting and sourcing applicants and actively progressing candidate applications through MyRecruit.
4. Champion Crowne Plaza Brand and IHG People Tools.
5. Assist in coordination of mandatory training.
