$***** per hour inclusive of casual loading; Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Contract: 12 months; commencing end of November.
Location: Cameron Park.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivables and debtor reporting
Billing and invoicing processes
Data entry (high level accuracy)
Raising purchase orders
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily bank reconciliation
Customer service and credit control
General administration duties supporting the finance team
Qualifications & Skills
A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (desirable but not essential)
At least 2 years experience in an accounts support role
Positive and energetic attitude
Excellent customer service and client liaison skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Efficient organisational skills
