Key Responsibilities
* Data entry, invoice reconciliation, and accounts management.
* Progress claims setup, invoice preparation, and timesheet checking.
* Creditors and debtors management.
* Incoming calls, email correspondence, and office maintenance.
* Purchasing, WHS compliance, and insurance management.
* Tracking project details and performing general office tasks.
Schedule
Full-time position available Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with flexible start and finish times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Xero and Excel.
* Strong multitasking and time management skills.
* Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently.
* Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
